In Print

One of my photographs shot for the Wexner Center for the Arts in Columbus, Ohio was used as part of their promotional materials for a Campus Campaign Fund. I was lucky to shoot members of The Ohio State University's Department of Dance interacting with sculpture installations created by Sarah Oppenheimer in the Wex's gallery. Find info on the Wex here and Sarah Oppenheimer here.

Miriam In Her Favorite Color.

I bought Photoshop for the first time the week I took these photos. So I Photoshopped my way all over the place, moving flower petals around all day to block out the sky, color editing till I couldn't take it anymore......then I deleted the edits, and went with the basic editing I always use for photos. I like the results much more!

Film, Summer 2016

After shooting 10 rolls of film on a Mamiya 645 last summer, I might not use film ever again. Focus is just too difficult to attain, and the quality of the images had me yearning for my digital cameras. The only good thing about film that I still value is the surprise of seeing those pictures that did come out with all the magic you intended.

I photographed Justina Osorio and her daughter Vivianna for the New York Times for a story covering the end of the HAMP mortgage modification program. This picture appeared on the front page of the Business Day section.

In The New Year

I've three times gone to a large abandoned Ramada hotel to take pictures, most of the ones here are from New Year's Day 2017. Good times with good friends.
