My friend asked me to take photos of her on her 30th, I don't know the exact reason why.

Ok so I bought I really small camera to carry around. I bought this camera 3 odd years after it came out and it's been an awesome campanion that I keep in my pocket at all times. I'm planning on doing a full review of this camera soon. Although the image quality is a joke compared to my full frame dslr gear and professional lenses, this camera's portability, small size, and usable image quality in good light has just simply made it a joy to put a camera in my hand to shoot pictures with no goal in mind. Here are some of my first images with the Ricoh GR ii.
Went to the Arnold Sports Festival last weekend for 2 hrs and the best thing I saw was a grappling tournament in one of the side ballrooms of a giant convention center. As someone who has never really seen this type of sport it was awesome being able to get so close to the participants. Info on the Arnold here and the company that put on the event here.
In my quest to make a real music video, here is my second sketch featuring Christina and Kelsey, set to a song by The American Jobs.
Very happy to have my photo essay Skate Life published in The Photographic Journal at the end of 2017. I took these photos in February 2017 at the Icy Hot Skate Jam in Columbus, OH. I know I did an earlier blog post with some of these photos, but I'm so happy with these pictures and that TPJ decided to use them. You can see the full set here.
